Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country, where higher) to use Lumina, and at least 18 to purchase a subscription. By using Lumina you confirm that you meet these requirements.

To use Lumina you provide details such as your name and birth information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure. You may use Lumina only for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Lumina offers a free tier with limited daily features (for example, a limited number of guide messages and tarot draws). Premium (“Illuminated”) unlocks unlimited guide chat, full natal-chart decode, unlimited tarot spreads and compatibility readings. The exact limits of each tier are shown in the app and may be updated from time to time.

• ✦Plans. Premium is offered as a weekly plan ($4.99/week) and a yearly plan ($29.99/year). Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice.
• ✦Free trial. New subscribers may start with a 7-day trial for $1.00. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically renews at the price of the plan you chose unless you cancel beforehand.
• ✦Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorize us (via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy) to charge your chosen payment method each period.
• ✦Cancellation. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal link in your receipt email or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• ✦Refunds. Because subscriptions provide ongoing digital access, fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise (for example, certain cooling-off rights). If you believe a charge is an error, contact us and we will look into it.

Lumina, including its design, text, illustrations, code and the Celestial Noir visual identity, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of Lumina without our written permission. Readings generated for you are provided for your personal use.

You agree not to:

• ✦Use Lumina for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms.
• ✦Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• ✦Use the service to harass, abuse or harm others.
• ✦Resell or share a single subscription with others in a way that circumvents our limits.

Lumina is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate, and readings are generated for entertainment and reflection rather than as statements of fact.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina Celestial Inc. and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Lumina. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of Lumina or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Lumina Celestial Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect. Your continued use of Lumina after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
